Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Thank you for your purchase. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our 3D printed products, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Refunds

All items are produced specifically per order. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed.

Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing a purchase, including:

  • Product selection
  • Colors and variations (where applicable)
  • Quantity
  • Shipping information

If you notice an error in your order, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests if production has not yet begun.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives:

  • Damaged during shipping, or
  • Defective due to a manufacturing issue

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may offer a replacement at our discretion.

Color and Material Variations

Due to the nature of 3D printing:

  • Slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur
  • Layer lines and minor imperfections are normal characteristics of the process

These are not considered defects.

Custom Orders

Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers
  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
